I have successfully prepared many students for the ACT for more than 8 years and consistently received the highest marks as a Wyzant Tutor from students and their parents. On average students increase their ACT Math score from 21 to 27, from 24 to 28 and from 28 to 31 after 5 to 10 sessions. My method: have the student complete 5 to 10 practice tests, during which I tutor them on the problems they struggle with or answer incorrectly. Typically they learn between 20 and 50 new concepts/techniques which allow them to increase their test scores. [more]
