I completed my Actuarial science degree in college. I completed Actuarial exams P, FM, MFE, MLC, and C. I am a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in actuarial science. I am an actuary currently and available to tutor in math and business classes. I have taught Probability & Statistics on a college level with applications to determine insurance rates and risks. My teaching included specific examples of relating flood insurance rates with the finished floor elevation of structures within a designated floodplain. I have passed SOA (Society of Actuaries) Exam FM for Financial Mathematics, June 2012. I am currently preparing to sit for Exam P (Probability) projected exam date: March 18. I also prepared extensively for Exam MLC and sat for that examination in May of 2014 but unfortunately didn't pass that time. I tutored and graded all through college and found it to be rewarding.
