At Norco College, I frequently tutored Algebra I. My students liked that I was patient and that I had multiple ways of explaining the same concept. I have also edited an Algebra I textbook, which has made me even more familiar with different algebraic concepts and methods of explaining them. My passion for mathematics began when I was in 11th grade. As a homeschooled student, I had a flexible schedule which allowed me to take Algebra II at Norco College. I had an amazing professor who made me realize how fun math is. After that, I decided to major in math. In May 2012, I graduated Summa Cum [more]

I am currently attending Cal Poly Pomona (GO BRONCOS!) as a transfer student this 2018 Fall semester. Previously ... [more]

This is why I am different, I am passionate about teaching and am always improving my ability to connect to my students. I truly try to understand my students so I can see exac... [more]
