Degree in economics. Just taught statistics last semester. Enthusiastic and available. My greatest skill as a teacher is that I am an incredible student. Teaching is an opportunity for me to share the skills and abilities that I have learned and to leave other students stronger from that. I love teaching and I'm very excited to get back to it. I'm fun but also diligent and I'd be more than happy to teach you or your child on a number of subjects. I've always been good at math and I like the order and elegance of it. I have helped many students with their Algebra 2. Without a good background in Algebra it is very difficult to succeed in many subjects. Not only do I help students bring up their grades, but I also try to make sure that they understand the material as we go over it. With one-on-one tutoring, I am able to see exactly where each student is having difficulty, and address those individual areas. Soon the students understand what they are doing and their grades will improve. I have been a math teacher for over 25 years. I teach every math topic from 4th grade math through college calculus.
