Algebra is a passion of mine. Having taught Algebra 2 for 3 years and tutored students for many more, I love to share my knowledge and to learn from my students. Trying to find new ways to support their learning is a goal and I enjoy coming up with different ways to engage and teach Algebra 2. I earned a degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Teaching in Secondary Education from Trinity University, have taught math in both middle and high school, and have been tutoring for nearly 15 years. Algebra 2 is the bridge that is needed to be able to make the jump to Trig and Pre-Cal. It takes students much further than the previous course, Alg. 1.
