I've taught college algebra in the past and have had good outcomes with those students. Often considered the most daunting subject due to the large number of variables, formulas, and concepts, I?ve seen many students become overwhelmed with the subject of mathematics. I believe that under the right conditions any student can achieve success in the subject. I was an AP Scholar in High School and received the highest score possible on both of my AP Calculus exams. I now attend Florida State University, majoring in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science and a minor ... [more]

My experience in the classroom and my own high rigor college program (Mechanical E... [more]

I acquired a Physics degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University. Although the field I currently work in is unrelated to my degree, I love tutoring people in mathematics and would be grateful to continue that. Also, I am open to criticism regarding my tutoring methods, since it helps me and you in the experience of learning. I prefer during my tutoring to ask you questions with regards to how much you know in respect to the subject being tutored, thus I can get a firm understanding of ho... [more]
