The Cooperative Admissions Exam (COOP) and the High School Placement Test (HSPT) are entrance exams for admission to Catholic high schools. The COOP consists of seven sections which test a student's verbal reasoning, reading, and language arts skills, as well as math skills. I begin with a general review of the test as a whole, then target specific sections and types of questions (i.e. the four types of questions found in the verbal section).
