I taught Discrete Mathematics several times. I took two courses related to discrete mathematics. I have a Ph.D. in Mathematics. I am a productive Mathematician working and living in Jackson area. I am looking to tutor and help students with their math skills. I am qualified to teach and tutor students in all areas of math including Algebra I & II, College Algebra, Calculus I-III, Statistics and Probability, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Discrete Mathematics and so on. I am also fluent in Chinese. Please contact me if you need helps.... [more]

I completed and received an A in Discrete Mathematics--covering combinatorics, and the very, very basics of topology-- while an undergraduate at USNA. I went on to take (and receive A's in) courses in graph theory, logic and set theory, and probability. For my undergraduate capstone, I wrote a MATLAB code which identifies critical highways for evacuation in the San Francisco bay area via combinatoric pairings of adjacent communities on a G(N,A) representation of the area. My graduate studies included classes on coding network algorithms in more common languages, additional studies in probabili [more]

I have a very strong mathematical background and I excelled in my Discrete Math class at MIT. I also excelled in classes that used Discrete Math concepts such as my Computer Science classes and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) classes in Electrical Engineering. At MIT I got a bachelor of science degree and a master of engineering degree, each in "electrical engineering and computer science". My GPA for my BSc. degree is 4.2/5.0 and my GPA for my M.Eng degree is 4.6/5.0. I have always had a passion for math, the sciences, computer science and engineering and always excelled in them from high sc [more]

I earned a Ph D in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University, a MS degree in Applied Mathematics from Auburn University, a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University with a Minor in Statistics with focus in design of experiments. I have many years of experience teaching engineering methods at college level and I have experience teaching as substitute teacher in subjects like Math Algebra, Pre-Calculus Algebra, Physics, Inorganic Chemistry, and Computer Programing in Fortran using approximated methods for discrete numerical simulation.
