I have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. During my undergraduate education, I took Discrete Math and received an A. I also work with Discrete Math concepts at the graduate level through my masters in Biostatistics program. I have a Master's degree in Biostatistics and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, with an emphasis in Secondary Education. I currently work full-time as a statistician in health services research. I have been tutoring math at the college and high school level for four years. I have a wide range of strategies to help students succeed who are struggling in the classroom, [more]

I received an A in similar courses, helped students with Discrete Math in the tutoring center of the University at which I work for several years, I have an undergraduate and Master's degree in mathematics, and am one year away from finishing a Ph.D. Hello! My name is Anthony V. I am a Ph.D student in pure mathematics at the University of Toledo one year away from graduation, and I hold a Master's degree and a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics. I have been tutoring for almost 10 years, and have experience helping students enrolled in classes ranging from elementary school arithmetic to grad [more]

I have background in computer programming, logic and numerical methods. I have been working in system of systems, fuzzy logic, neural networks, probability, and some game theory. I can adapt depending on the need. I am an engineer, with degrees in Ocean Engineering (BS, MS), Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (MS), and Civil Engineering (PhD). I have taught high school and university students in tutoring and traditional classrooms. I have taught simple mathematics to complex numerical schemes, basic, core, and design engineering courses. You may find yourself needing help with a challenging [more]

Much of my Discrete Math experience comes from the number of mathematics competitions (MathCounts, Math24, ARML, AMC, USAMO) that I have competed in, though I also took a formal Number Theory course at Franklin and Marshall College, through the John's Hopkins University CTY program. If you are a masters, bachelors, or high school student in the greater Ann Arbor area seeking tutoring in mathematics or physics, look no further, because I'm your guy! My name is Gopal, and I graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University, Class of 2012, double-majoring in Applied Physics and Electrical Enginee [more]

I can tutor Discrete Math because I took the Discrete Math class at Oregon State University and got an A grade. I work as a Math and Science tutor for over one year. My students are high school and colleges students and my subjects for Math range from ACT Math, pre-algebra, algebra1, algebra2, pre-calculus, calculus, geometry, trigonometry, discrete math, statistics; chemistry from physical science, general chemistry and organic chemistry. I received my PHD degree in Chemistry and spent 6 years in university to teach general chemistry and labs, organic chemistry and labs, polymer chemistry and [more]

Part of my major requires me to take an introduction to Discrete Mathematics class (EECS 203 at the University of Michigan). I received an A in this class, which qualifies me to teach an introductory level discrete mathematics class. Hello! My name is Adam B. I am currently a sophomore at the University of Michigan College of Engineering majoring in Computer Science. I am also pursuing a minor in Mathematics. I?m offering to teach both any high school level math class, including the ACT, and Computer Science courses. Throughout my high school experience, I often found myself helping my f [more]

Discrete math is a special genre of mathematics that focuses on number theory, modular arithmetic, combinatorics, graph theory and several other topics. Many of these topics are part of other subjects, for example, combinatorics is used in statistics, number theory in arithmetic, and modular arithmetic in abstract algebra (a 400 level course in college). Discrete math was my first course in my masters program at Siena Heights University. I used much of the material as enrichment topics for my high school classes. [more]
