I earned a quantitative score of 51, a verbal score of 47, and a writing score of 6.0 on the GMAT. All of these are in the 99th percentile for the exam and translate to an overall score of 790. I have taken the GMAT three times: once to submit the scores to prospective MBA programs and twice to gain experience with the integrated reasoning section (I scored an 8 both times). I have assisted students with the GMAT for 11+ years with outstanding results. Many of my students have earned scores in the 700s and have been admitted to programs such as the University of Michigan (Ross), University of [more]

So, while preparing for either test, you will want to practice mental and written calculations, and shortcuts for both. For the GMAT, hold off on doing the 'Da [more]
