I have about 4 combined years of programming experience and I have programmed in languages such as BASIC, C, C++, CSS, HTML, HTML5, LISP, SQL, JavaScript and Java. Java is my strongest programming language but prior experiences in other languages have also helped me master Java to the extent of tutoring it in an outstanding way. At MIT I got a bachelor of science degree and a master of engineering degree, each in "electrical engineering and computer science". My GPA for my BSc. degree is 4.2/5.0 and my GPA for my M.Eng degree is 4.6/5.0. [more]

I graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Sciences in Electrical Engineering, and then went on to matriculate with the Class of 2014 at the University of Alabama School of Medicine. However, I am keen on using this time to simultaneously teach and thus help others pursue their own dreams. I spent three years in undergrad servin... [more]

I hold a B.B.A in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University. I am currently employed as a Java Instructor. I graduated from Columbus State University in May, 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science. While I was at Columbus State, I was a Peer Instructor in Math 2 and College Algebra. Outside of class, I held group study sessions for the students that did not understand what the teacher had said. I also held test reviews to clarify any problems before the test. I also volunteered at a community center where I helped 4th graders with math. I love seeing the... [more]

I have a computer science degree from Georgia Tech and have extensive knowledge of Java from my degree at Georgia Tech. Most of my students are studying AP CS (Java) in highschool or college students taking Java courses. I've taught students from all over the country, so I'm familiar with the types of assignments and coursework from highschool teachers and college professors. I have a passion and excitement in teaching computer science. At Georgia Tech, I learned most of my theoretical knowledge, but on the job is where I took up the practical skills. I've been working in software engineering [more]
