I took the course "linear algebra" when I was in college. In my graduate research I used the knowledge from this course extensively. Recently I answered questions related to linear algebra to many students and got excellent feedback. I have BS and MS degrees in Math and a PhD degree in Statistics. In the United States I have taught 6 years as a teaching assistant. Courses include Calculus, Elementary Statistics, Probability, Sampling, etc. I really enjoy working with students and answering their questions. It's my pleasure to work as a tutor and help students.... [more]

I graduated with honors in Physics and Mathematics from Trinity College. During this time I took Linear Algebra and received the letter grade of "A." I also took many upper-level, proof-based mathematics courses to supplement my understanding. Finally, I have five years of tutoring and teaching experience, especially in Physics and Mathematics. Hello, students! I am a current Ph.D candidate, pursuing my degree in Physics at Michigan State University. I received my Bachelor's from Trinity College in Physics, Classics, and Mathematics, all with honors. I was near the top of my class and was i [more]

I have taught PreCalc at Jackson College as an adjunct, which uses parts of Linear Algebra in the text used. I have also tutored Linear Algebra at undergrad level. For the past 5 years, I have been working part-time as an adjunct math faculty member at a local community college. I have been teaching various math courses ranging from beginning algebra to pre-calculus, both online and in a classroom environment. I am a certified online instructor. Prior to this, while pursuing my Master's Degree at University of Toledo, I helped undergrad students with different subjects in the field of Electric [more]

I have completed the Honors Math sequence at the University of Michigan (Math 295, 296, 395, 396) which provides a rigorous study of linear algebra and then uses it to build multivariable calculus. I also studied linear algebra independently over the summer from "Problems and Theorems in Linear Algebra" by Prasolov. This past year I tutored students in linear algebra as an official tutor working in the Math Lab at the University of Michigan. I have had a love for mathematics since elementary school, and now study as an Honors Mathematics major at the University of Michigan. I have studied comp [more]

I have a B.S in mathematics and for that degree took the year long graduate level sequence in linear algebra. I have 15 + years of teaching and tutoring experience both at university and am the owner of a private tutoring company that has contracted with Michigan State for many years, ghost written test prep materials for large companies, and provided educational services to domestic and foreign government programs. You are welcome to split my fee with other students without additional cost. I am a full time data scientist on leave ( until retirement from gainful employment ) from the theo [more]

I tutored Linear Algebra proof writing techniques at the MSU Math Learning Center for one year. I was a highly sought after tutor for my ability to translate abstractions into a student's language. I achieved a 4.0 in both introductory Linear Algebra and a senior level course in highly theoretical finite dimensional vector spaces using the seminal text "Linear Algebra Done Right". I tutored all the way up to a senior level linear algebra course at the Michigan State University Math Learning Center for two years. I then applied for and was accepted as an undergraduate trigonometry teaching assi [more]
