I currently am pursuing my PhD in Physics at UCSD. I spend most of my time developing simulations of a new kind of logic circuit, known as a memcomputer. On a daily basis I use MATLAB to handle large data sets, solve differential equations, and analyze data via visualization techniques. I have been tutoring for nearly 10 years, ranging from Adult Basic Education to college-level Physics and Mathematics. I am beginning graduate studies in Physics at UC San Diego in the Fall of 2015. I recently graduated from SUNY at Buffalo with highest honors in Applied Mathematics and Physics. I was chosen as [more]

I taught a course in MATLAB programming for Scientific Computing several times. Most of the Optimization courses I taught for more than 20 years required students to submit computational projects written in MATLAB. Together with a student of mine, I developed GNUOflox, an open source teaching tool for Network Flows, completely written in MATLAB/Octave. I'm a college professor with 25+ years of experience teaching mathematics and computer programming. My favorite subjects include precalculus, calculus, linear algebra, optimization and numerical analysis. I believe the only way to learn mathe [more]

My educational background in Math & Engineering has given me an exceptional understanding of MATLAB. I was taking two-semester class in MATLAB and its applications in Algebra and Calculus. I am specialized in route planning algorithms which was the main subject of both my master's and bachelor's thesis (programmed in MATLAB), skilled in optimization of Markowitz portfolio with minimum risk method (programmed in MATLAB), deflation models (programmed in MATLAB). I work as a Teaching Associate on various Math subjects on California State University San Marcos and I have Master's in Industrial En [more]

I have been using MatLab for over 20 years for a variety of theoretical and data analysis tasks. I have extensive experience with the base program and the following toolboxes: digital signal processing, curve fitting, statistics, and image processing. I have a B.A. in Physics and Mathematics (double major) and a Ph.D. in Physics. I currently teach Physics and Math at National University. I have a passion for science and math, and like to share that with others. I mentor colleagues and subordinates at all educational levels, and in a number of different disciplines. By putting people at ease, [more]

I taught VLSI Design and Programming using MATLAB Classes at the University of Pittsburgh, Johnstown PA for two Semesters in Years 2011-2012. Also, I have completed more than a dozen projects related to Integrated Circuit Design and Production for Commercial and Military Applications while I was employed with Big blue corporations, Texas Instruments, Motorola/IBM, HP and Broadcom. I have successfully tutored my student, a manager at Qualcomm Jim Oates for developing a MATLAB model about communication channel. [more]

I have more than 20 years' experience of programming in MATLAB/SIMULINK and associated Toolboxes. I use it every day in my work and when teaching different classes. I will be glad to share my experience with this exceptionally powerful and intuitive programming language with you. Hi, my name is Dr. Gene. I am a former University Professor and College Instructor with many years of experience in teaching and private tutoring of Math and Physics to high school and college students. Over the years I have taught different engineering and scientific disciplines across the board of the entire science [more]

I am qualified to tutor in MATLAB because I used it while I was in grad school. I used MATLAB to calculate the eigenvalues of the adjacency matrices of the graphs for my dissertation. I also used it in college for plotting graphs in Calculus 3. Hi! My name is Archie, and I LOVE math (math is FUN!)! I have loved math since I was in second grade. I loved math so much that in my senior year in high school, I took AP Calculus AB and AP Calculus BC at the same time, and then majored in math in college, and went on to grad school to learn as much math as I could! I earned my bachelor's degree i [more]

I worked on MATLAB extensively while holding different positions. First, I was an undergraduate student doing graduation project of UMTS implementation from 2007 to 2008. Second, I worked from Oct 2008 to Nob 2017 as a Graduate Research Assistant in Nile University, Egypt, where I published several papers, currently with ~250 citations on Google Scholar. Third, I worked from Jan 2011 to Jan 2013 as a Graduate Research Assistant in the University of Texas at Austin where I published a paper in a top Wireless Communications conference. Fourth, I worked as a Graduate Research Intern at 3M R&D, wh [more]

I have been working with MATLAB and C++ together for several years now. I also used MATLAB in my graduate math classes. I have been teaching both accounting and computer science at Palomar College part time since 2002. I also have a BS in Math, a California Single Subject Math Teaching Credential and will be earning an MA in Math Teaching by the end of 2012. I have been tutoring math and other subjects since 2004. HOWEVER: please understand that I am not here to do your homework for you. You must attempt the work before asking me for help.... [more]
