I received an A in Math Software, a MATLAB based course. I received a broad introduction to working with MATLAB for a variety of purposes. Much of the course was focused on solutions to or analysis of differential equations and chaotic motion. I have also used MATLAB for a mechanics course for my physics degree. I am a senior graduating this fall with a double major in physics and math from the University of Houston Clear Lake. I am an active participant in the UHCL Astronomy Club and president of the Physics Club. I speak fluent Norwegian and English. I started tutoring seven years ago. My t [more]

I took an introductory course in MATLAB during my undergraduate curriculum and received an A in the course. I have used MATLAB extensively throughout my engineering undergraduate curriculum and continue to use it whenever I need to perform engineering calculations. I have a good knowledge of MATLAB's specific syntax and matrix indexing features, including image manipulation operations. I recently graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, with minors in Chemistry and Classical Studies. I was also the Latin tutor for my universit [more]

I have been using Matlab for past 15+ years for data analysis and mathematical modeling. I have developed comprehensive Matlab GUI based application for analyzing large data sets acquired during complex research experiments. I have written several functions and scripts to simplify data visualization, analysis as well as perform signal and data processing. I am a biomedical researcher working in the academic research field for more than 10years. I have done my PhD in Biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland OH where I had the opportunity to take graduate level cour [more]

I have programmed many projects using MATLAB. I created a heart monitor analyzing program in MATLAB and have most recently used it with machine learning applications. I feel very proficient with MATLAB. I graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Electrical Engineering. I recently just finished a Masters of Research at Imperial College London, where I taught second year students calculus, differential equations, and linear algebra. Previosly, I worked as a data scientist at a startup in Colorado and now am an Entrepreneur Fellow at a biotechnology accelera [more]

I have a strong background in Modeling and simulation by Matlab. Also, I did multiple real projects by Matlab. I have had academic experience and I have taught most electronic and computer science courses such as programming by C/C++ and OOP for college level students. I graduated in MS degree in Electronic and computer engineering. I have tutored hundreds of students in computer science and engineering over the past eight years. I worked in the UTSA where I earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I love teaching students that really want to learn and have se [more]

I have used MATLAB for running simulations for research projects in the area of wireless communications. As a PhD student, I have taken and done well in all my graduate courses. I naturally know the subject matter of undergraduate math courses thoroughly and I quickly understand how each student is thinking, and adapt my teaching to suit their approach. I have been tutoring for a year now, and I have experience teaching calculus at the university level for four years. I have also mentored students in advanced topics in probability. I am a PhD student in Mathematics. I hold an undergraduate [more]

I co-taught an introduction to mathematical programming using MATLAB at the University of Tennessee. I have also been involved in research and graduate coursework that used MATLAB heavily. Hi Everyone! I'm Zachary. I've a passion for mathematics, and I love to see students all find success! I've taught everything from high school freshmen to college seniors in a variety of subjects. I did research in mathematical biology, and I love connecting mathematics of all kinds to the real-world. I previously worked as a mathematician for a gaming company, where I used probability and statistics to [more]

I have taken undergraduate courses on MATLAB and its applications in engineering at University of Michigan. I also use MATLAB at work for data analysis and thermal analysis applications. I've tutored college kids in MATLAB in the past, particularly in numerical method applications. I'm an engineer at NASA. I got my Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering at University of Michigan and my Master's in Aerospace Engineering at Stanford. I have experience in tutoring elementary kids in reading, writing, and math and experience in tutoring college kids in math, calculus (multi-variable and different [more]

I am an electrical engineer, so a large part of my schooling used MATLAB. While in school for my Bachelor's degree, I served as a department tutor for three years for the electrical engineering department, where most of my tutoring was assisting students in MATLAB. I also served as a TA for 10+ MATLAB courses and was the most requested TA in the department for MATLAB. My final Capstone project required extensive MATLAB programming as well, and as an Electrical Engineer, I use MATLAB frequently in my professional work environment. [more]

I have 2-3 years' experience in using MATLAB. At the University of Florida, I took a course called numerical methods, which used MATLAB to solve iterative math problems that were otherwise to time consuming or impossible using hand methods. I was one of the few to receive an A in the class. Also, I used MATLAB in my thermo-fluids lab class to develop an optimization program that would design a pump system that took into account multiple parameters. The program in MATLAB then performed thousands of operations to calculate different values while iterating through the different parameters. This p [more]
