I have been using MATLAB extensively in my graduate research and have rich experience in this programming language. I have also taught Octave (a programming language very similar to MATLAB) as a student assistant before. I have BS and MS degrees in Math and a PhD degree in Statistics. In the United States I have taught 6 years as a teaching assistant. Courses include Calculus, Elementary Statistics, Probability, Sampling, etc. I really enjoy working with students and answering their questions. It's my pleasure to work as a tutor and help students.... [more]

I took a MATLAB course during my sophomore year in college. Additionally, I tutored MATLAB 3 years after taking the course. Primarily, I focus on helping students gain the overall idea of what they are trying to accomplish with the program they are writing, and helping them debug their programs. I began tutoring Mathematics and Chemistry during my sophomore year in high school and I continued to tutor students when I started college in more advanced courses such as Calculus, Organic Chemistry, and MATLAB. During my time as a tutor in high school I really garnished a love for helping others [more]

I have been a dedicated user of MATLAB since 2007 for most engineering applications. I received an A in a short course at Cornell on MATLAB essentials, but really began to harness the power of toolboxes through higher level application courses such as Feedback Control Systems (Fall 2011). Also have experience using Simulink through employment experience. If you are a masters, bachelors, or high school student in the greater Ann Arbor area seeking tutoring in mathematics or physics, look no further, because I'm your guy! My name is Gopal, and I graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University, [more]

I have used matlab when I was finishing my dissertation for my Ph.d in electrical engineering. Also I tutored my son in using Matlab in his calculus 1 class. If it is for calculus it is pretty simple to use but students have to know how to solve problems before inputting the information so the problem is not the software as much as it is knowing calculus itself. I am a current math and physics teacher and a part-time college professor. I consider myself an expert in what I teach and tutor and care that my students achieve success. As I tutor I also counsel my students on their education choice [more]

I have been working professionally with the MATLAB environment for 2 years now. I spend about 8-9 hours a day programming with MATLAB as my field is simulations and design engineering. I graduated from Michigan State University with bachelor?s degrees in physics and mathematics. Currently, I'm a research & development engineer. I'm involved with algorithm design, programming simulations, and digital signal / image processing. I also have numerous years of experience in programming, STEM internships, and technical projects. During my undergrad years, I have helped fellow students and tutored i [more]

In my undergraduate I worked on a project which required me to solve wave equation using finite-difference method (Numerical method). I wrote a code in matlab to see how the wave evolve in time given the initial condition. I use matlab for plotting my equations, fitting my data. I also have strong knowledge of C/C++. Hello guys! My name is Amit. Currently, I am a Research Assistant at Wayne State University (WSU). I do research in Particle Physics. I also teach General Physics Laboratory and Astronomy Laboratory to undergraduate students at Wayne State University. I recently joined WSU in Augu [more]

I am proficient in using MATLAB for my daily work and study. The algorithms in my PHD dissertation are all implemented in MATLAB and the figures are all plotted using MATLAB. I taught the course of "linear algebra" for undergraduate students where I used MATLAB for all the calculations and tutorials. I am good at almost all the toolbox related to statistics/biostatistics, image processing, simulation, database and deep learning and so on. Looking forward to students on this subject. I earned my PhD degree in Industrial Engineering at University of South Florida in 2015. I taught "introductio [more]
