I have taught EGS1007 at Valencia Community College. Part of this course was to teach basic MATLAB commands. I am a college level professor looking to make extra cash by helping you understand your subject matter. My background is Industrial engineering with post graduate studies in mathematical statistics. I have taught all levels of math but prefer only College level subject tutoring. My tutoring style is very hands-on... meeting in person is the only way I prefer to teach. My sessions are 75 minutes for the simple reason is that 60 minutes goes by much too fast; also because this is a co [more]

I've programmed in MATLAB for 6+ years, using methods in computational electromagnetics. I have experience teaching MATLAB to undergraduate students in a classroom setting. I have been a Teaching Assistant at USF for over 2 years and I have been privately tutoring also for the last 2 years. I have taught classes at the college level including General Physics Lab courses and Problem Solving Sections. I have experience in communicating general physics concepts to students with either a Calculus or Algebra-based background. I enjoy helping students learn about physics. I like to focus on u [more]

I have ten years of experience of using MATLAB. I primarily use MATLAB as a research tool to program differential equations. This includes working in control theory as a graduate student at Embry-Riddle for a total of nine years. I also used MATLAB to program pattern recognition algorithms for one year working at a research institute called the Florida Institute for Human and machine Cognition. I also have experience using Simulink. I recently graduated with a PhD in Engineering Physics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and I am currently in the Daytona Beach area. I also have a Master [more]

Matlab (Matrix Laboratory) is a multi-paradigm language that is used, mainly, in technical computing. As Matlab teacher, I try to teach not only the basis of the language and its toolboxes, but also the way to well-use other capabilities of the language, e. g. using the built-in functions, reusing codes written in other languages (C/C++, or Fortran), using the multithreading capabilities of modern computers, etc. I have taught Matlab for more than 8 years at UCLV (Cuba) in both, undergraduate and graduate levels. Mathworks offers yearly a certification to use their products including MATLAB. Through partnering with UF, I have become certified in using this software. Furthermore, I have taken the class at UF and gotten an A on it. Subsequently, I have been a TA for the class for two semesters. I am a current physics and mathematics undergrad at UF who loves mathematics, science, programming, and learning in general. I am also employed as a part-time tutor at a tutoring studio at UF, where I work primarily with intermediate and college calculus students. I have taught undergraduate honors courses. Sin [more]

I have been using MATLAB for Linear Algebra, Differential Equations and Algebra 2 and research for over 20 years. I have MATLAB on my desktop and Laptop Computers and use it for teaching, tutoring and writing algorithms. I am very comfortable in using the product for its built in functions and writing scripts. I have been a H.S and College Professor for over 25 years. Hi! My name is Charlie, and I am here to work with you to help you succeed in statistics and mathematics I am a Statistician by profession and have worked in the Statistics Industry for over thirty years. This includes bei [more]

I was well trained with MATLAB while earning my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and during my Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering. I also worked for several years as a signal processor using MATLAB. Hello there! My name is Harrison. I currently work as a microwave engineer and tutor/mentor in the Tampa Bay area. I specialize in teaching math, physics, programming, and all engineering/science subjects. In the summer of 2010, I began my engineering career at the University of Florida. I majored in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Biomechanics. I graduated Cum Laude [more]

I have a bachelor's degree in computational mathematics with a concentration in computer science. I am currently a lab instructor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and I have assisted students in technical computing using MATLAB. I use problem solving steps to help students along in performing computation, visualization and sequential programming. I emphasize not only the syntax for getting the solution, but logic and methodologies needed to be successful. I enjoy sharing my knowledge, exploring new ideas, and keeping current with the latest technology. I like to boast in that my impac [more]
