I can knit and crochet, but devote most of my energy to cross stitch, crewel embroidery, needlepoint, hairpin lace, and smocking. I am currently learning tatting and lace making. I learned to Crochet when I was 13, and in later years, taught my self to Cross-Stitch. I have crocheted doll clothes, blanket squares, and a pumpkin candy dish (self-designed). Using counted cross-stitch kits, I have cross-stitched 3 historical buildings and a 5x7 flying angel. I taught my sister to cross-stitch; she has made 2 bookmarks after learning from me.
