I have spent most of my life learning and creating crochet and cross stitch projects. While I am not a professional, I am very capable and happy to teach the basics of both. When doing cross stitch I am very particular about consistency and appearance, including hiding loose ends and not using knots for the thread, so that the finished work stays flat. I usually make most of my holiday gifts out of crochet, and adore making small projects for my daughter. She is 4 and I am working to teach her the basics of sewing and loom. She loves it! [more]
