Tutoring will reinforce mathematical skills taught in the earlier grades with additional advanced computation including an emphasis on Algebraic concepts. Students will study fractions, decimals, percents, positive and negative integers and rational numbers; and become more proficient in using ratios, proportions and solving algebraic equations. Students will also develop and expand problem solving skills (creatively and analytically) in order to solve word problems. Students continue to practice using math skills to solve word problems and to think creatively and analytically. [more]

I have also used my skills in industry and government, most notably at NASA and Intergraph. I've taught just about every undergraduate math course and tutored some graduate ones, too. I start...
