I have found that many students struggle with Precalculus. I taught Precalculus in high school for several years and have tutored many students in it. I have also taught and tutored students in Geometry, Algebra 2, and Calculus, so know both the foundations from the courses leading up to Precalculus as well as how what is learned will be used in the future. Algebra is all about how fast something is moving. Calculus is about how fast something is accelerating. Getting from Algebra to Calculus requires a special ability to change the way the student sees formulas and equations. I have that ability.
