As a college student I always help out friends and peers in class. I found out I really enjoyed teaching my favorite subjects in Math and Science. (Those being Geometry, Algebra 1 &2 , Biology, and Chemistry.) I was always top 10 of my class and I had strong interests in the science and mathematics fields, although I am pursuing my love for Urban & Regional Planning in college. I am currently attending Cal Poly Pomona (GO BRONCOS!) as a transfer student this 2018 Fall semester. Previously ... [more]

I tutored Precalculus at Norco College and I also had a private tutoring student who I worked with in Precalculus for a school year. My passion for mathematics began when I was in 11th grade. As a homeschooled student, I had a flexible schedule which allowed me to take Algebra II at Norco College. I had an amazing professor who made me realize how fun math is. I taught this subject for many years and can lecture entire curriculum by memory. I know of the common mistakes students make in applying many of the concepts. I can also teach tips and tricks that will facilitate mastery of the topics. In my 15 plus years of tutoring, I've had the pleasure of working many students from all walks of life and with a wide range of abilities. My favorite part of tutoring and helping students is being there to witness their "ah ha!" moment. The moment of true and pure understanding. The revelation that it all works, so long as they apply the right tools and c [more]
