I have 5+ years of SAS experience. I am familiar with importing and exporting many different forms of data, and also merging data sets. Some of the PROC functions that I've used include the following: PROC REG PROC CORR PROC MEANS PROC GPLOT PROC G3D PROC ANOVA PROC GLM PROC TABULATE PROC SQL PROC PLOT PROC UNIVARIATE PROC GREPLAY PROC FORMAT PROC LOGISTIC PROC LIFETEST PROC LIFEREG PROC PHREG PROC MIXED PROC GLIMMIX I have taught/tutored for 7 years. I was both a student and graduate assistant at CSULB where I attained a B.S. in Mathematics and a M.S. in Statistics. I have experience tuto [more]

I have used SAS for more than 5 years. I am very familiar with using SAS for multivariate linear regression models, generalized linear models and other advanced data management techniques. I am very familiar with the basic PROC commands, the data management techniques using data step and SQL. I have a lot of experience using SAS to deal with medical related problems. I have base and advanced certificate in SAS. I am a current Ph.D. Candidate specializing in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and all medical-related research. I have been using SAS for 5+ years and have consulting/tutoring experience [more]

As a Master of Public Health student in epidemiology/biostatistics I studied SAS. I continued to study and use SAS as a doctoral student. I use SAS now regularly for the statistical analysis of my research projects. I have provided guidance to classmates on the use of SAS. I have a PhD in epidemiology and a Masters in Public Health from USC. My undergraduate degree is in biology. In college I tutored high school math and science. Before graduate school, I spent 3 years tutoring and teaching at a private home school. In graduate school I tutored graduate students in epidemiology and biostatisti [more]

I have earned a MA in Mathmatics and a MS degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from University of Texas at Arlington. Also, I have been teaching many Math and Computer Information System courses at various colleges (i.e., Everest College) and universities (i.e., UOP, DeVry U) Furthermore, I had been working for many companies and developing applications using SAS. Therefore, I can teach this class. I have a degree of MA in mathematics and a degree of MS in computer science. I have earned both degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington. For my teaching background and expe [more]

I am very current with SAS and it is a very difficult software topic. Currently I am working with an econometrics client who is using SAS. Only he and one other student in his class are able to work with the SAS software. The rest of the class are limping along with Excel which is a very cumbersome tool for the kinds of statistics problems being addressed. This graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Wisconsin, Madison is a patient and excellent tutor who is well versed in a wide variety of subjects that have as a common theme that they are mathematically oriented. I am a retire [more]

For the last 6 years (at Duke University, and now at UCLA), I have been using SAS to perform data coding and statistical analyses for behavioral and neuroimaging experiments. Statistical analyses I have conducted using SAS include t-tests, GLM and ANOVA procedures, data reduction techniques (such as Principal Component Analysis or Factor Analysis), and regression procedures. I am a PhD student at UCLA, in the topics of Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience. As a PhD student in cognitive neuroscience at UCLA, I study how brains think, learn, and use language. And I enjoy helping people enhance [more]
