I have studied violin playing for nearly 22 years, since the age of 3 and am an active performer currently. Aside from experience studying under countless mentors and artists, I have experience teaching kids and adults of all levels. I began playing violin when I was 9 years old, and continued throughout high school, playing in school orchestras as well as extracurricular chamber orchestras, quartets, and other smaller groups, as well as private violin lessons for all of high school. I currently still play the violin, using it when I compose music for my main job, as a sound designer for theatrical productions around Chicago. Now, I am pursuing violin performance at the Northwestern University. I have attended Aspen Music Festival and School, a highly prestigious music festival.
