I have a TESOL certificate and an MA in Applied Linguistics and English Language Teaching. I have also taught skills related to reading, writing, listening and speaking to international students since 1993. In addition to this, I have a PhD in Film Sound, and I have worked on numerous no-budget independent films and I have taught Sound Design at universities in the US and in the UK.
I have taught TOEFL for about 5 years. I am very familiar with every part of the test and I know the best strategies someone will need to do well on the test.

I not only have PhD in Film Sound History, Theory and Practice, but I have also worked on nine full-length movies and six shorts. In my work and studies, I have gained thorough knowledge of production and post-production sound, as well as a general knowledge of the whole film-making process.
