Study Skills

I am a senior at the University of Florida and I have a 3.9 GPA. As a competitive swimmer throughout high school and a small business owner throughout college, I have very good time management skills and I can instruct students on how to improve their reading and comprehension abilities, as well as their overall focus. I have experience tutoring students with ADD and ADHD and I have helped them learn how to focus and improve their grades. I also can teach students on how to study better through comprehensive reasoning of the chapters, emphasis on main ideas as well as by teaching them to summarize the main ideas in their own words. Similarly, through encouraging students to explain the concepts as if they were teaching the class themselves, I can help students study more effectively and faster, as well as improve their general understanding of the subject matter.

I am a native English speaker and I am completely fluent in English. I've written two books in English, and I've also had some articles published. I've taken advance college-level classes in English and I've also taught English to students. I also speak Spanish and Italian and I can use methods with which I learned these languages to help the students learn faster.

I am a college senior at the University of Florida studying business. I also run two online businesses on my own, and I think I would be a good resource to help people trying to improve their own business, be it through studying or in practical application
