I am a licensed Reading Specialist for grades K-12, and my masters was in Reading and Literacy. The Reading Specialist Program not only focused on Reading, but with Language Arts and Writing as well. As a Title 1 Teacher, I must focus on vocabulary often, and have a toolbox of strategies to help students in this area.
