I have both, a Masters and Bachelors, in Biotechnology which encompasses different components of Science including quite a bit of Genetics. I have tutored students in the basic sciences, one of which, is the study and application of genes and their functions. Additionally, I also work in a research field where knowledge in genetics is a must.


Tango

I have been learning Argentinian tango since 2012. I have done performances as well as taught basic tango classes in the Dallas area. I am currently continuing to learn from some of the best instructors in Dallas.


Fitness

As a yoga coach, I have received robust training and various methodologies to incorporate fitness workouts at home with good and balanced nutrition plans for overall well being and healthy weight loss. I focus more on using hand weights and body weight for muscle toning / flexibility rather than heavy machinery. This allows people with and without access to equipment to work on their fitness goals. I have attended a course on food nutrition and the power of healthy plant protein over fats for body balance and utilize my knowledge to create tailor made food plans for people based on their food habits.
