I have used excel in a variety of business settings over the course of my professional career. Most noted was when I was running online programs for a university and had to write custom formulas to manage attendance and retention of students. I've often been called upon in teams to develop excel spreadsheets to manage complex tasks, and feel extremely comfortable in this software.
