I have specialized training as a PATH facilitator (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope) through the Illinois Association of Microboards and Cooperatives. This course would complete 20 hours of CEU/CPDU, and focused on incorporating drawing as a means to help developmentally disabled individuals visualize their futures.
I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult at the age of 25, while I was completing my master's degree. After graduate school, I served as an administrator at institutions of higher education. I have worked closely with dozens of students with ADHD/ADD in developing their talents, addressing behavior concerns, and assisting with their academic success.
In my last position, I was responsible for management of the department email account, and some months we'd receive over 100 emails which I would need to respond to individually. I have used Outlook extensively for the past five years.
I have used Publisher extensively in the past to create training materials for staff training. These documents sometimes exceeded 150 pages.
