I have a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Missouri - Columbia. My education includes coursework in Biology, Zoology, Anatomy, Physiology, Genetics, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Statistics. My specialty is in the Biology/physiology areas. I have coursework in Zoology from UMC. My B.S. in Animal Science included coursework in many different farm species. I have also worked with many different animals in research, veterinary and farm environments.
I have a B.S. in Animal Science, with coursework in Genetics and Applied Genetics. I worked at Washington University School of Medicine at the Genome Center, where I sorted genetic databases, performed PCR and dye primer sequencing.
I have coursework in Sociology as part of my B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Missouri - Columbia, including Urban Sociology and Rural Sociology. I have a particular interests in Sociology and I was close to a minor in Sociology at UMC, however I did not have time to take the extra couple of classes prior to graduation.
I have coursework in Nutrition from UMC, mostly in farm animals. I also have knowledge in Nutrition from personal experience, including aiding in diet preparation for diabetic patients.
