I taught myself Latin in highschool, and took three courses that covered Vergil's entire oeuvre while I was in college. Currently, I'm reading Caesar's Gallic Wars, and I participate in the lively Latin-speaking community of Boston.
I have a music degree from the College of the Holy Cross, where I graduated cum laude, with honors. I've taken four semesters of Music Theory, and have learned both movable and fixed solfege. I will use the Dannhauser method of ear training with my students.
