Ballet

I began training in ballet at the age of 3, and have continued to dance at least 2 days a week ever since. I trained with former professional ballet dancers across America and in Serbia, continued my dance education with a Dance minor in college, and then founded my own ballet company in college. I taught ballet to dancers ages 2-7 from when I was 16-18 years old, and continue to train college-age dancers. I have worked with beginning adults as well as highly-trained ballerinas.

Handwriting

I taught my younger brother, who has ADHD, how to improve his handwriting for several years. I also taught creative writing at a summer camp, the Green River Preserve, during the summers of 2011 and 2012, and for the 6-12 year olds this course included a section on handwriting. Finally, I took a calligraphy class in France over last summer while I studied abroad in Aix en Provence. I am not a true calligrapher, but the experience taught me a great deal about the basics of good penmanship.
