I've been fascinated by foreign languages and foreign cultures all my life. I majored in German in college, and then went on to get a PhD in Russian. I was a professor of Russian at the University of Missouri for 31 years. I love to travel in foreign countries, and give art lectures on cruise ships. I give lectures on art and architecture as a Destination Speaker for a cruise line. I have also given many presentations at retirement communities on the architecture of the many countries that I have visited.
