I have a BA in French from the University of Virginia and MS in Applied Linguistics with a concentration in Italian from Georgetown University I worked for an international software company for a decade and specialized in writing, grammar, pronunciation and communication.
I have been tutoring Spanish for many years. I have a Master's of Science in Applied Linguistics from Georgetown University. I have worked as a computational linguist for an international software company, traveling to Spain, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic for business, and for Fairfax County Public Schools. I have done simultaneous interpretation in Spanish and worked on translation software. I also teach English to Spanish speakers. I very much like helping people improve their language capabilities and get better grades at school - while enjoying the process. I focus on grammar, speaking, and writing.
