I studied art history at Harvard, initially specializing in ancient art as an undergraduate, but changing my focus to modern art for my graduate work. Though jobs for art historians are scarce, I have never regretted choosing the field. It's given me lots of great opportunities, including the chance to live in Paris while I was researching my dissertation and teaching for Tufts University's "Tufts in Talloires," during which time I lived in a chalet with a magnificent view of the mountains ... I have taught at Brown, Tufts, BU, and Wellesley, where I have helped many students write research papers in clear and structurally and grammatically correct prose. I have also worked with students on Wyzant.
