I have over 10 years of experience coding in SAS. I understand how SAS functions - the key differences between a data step and a proc step. I also know how to write macros for repetitive tasks.
I have been using a mac since 1990 and understand the ins and outs of using it. Currently I am using MacOS Yosemite and have integration with my iPhone.
I have been using Microsoft Exchange (and therefore Outlook) for over 10 years. I am very well versed in using the calendar function, busy-searching people within the same company, adding tasks for individuals to complete and tracking their progress. I also know how to use the address book to make groups and send emails to the groups. I am also familiar with mail-merging and sending e-mail blasts using Microsoft Word and Excel (and then sending out via Outlook).
I have been using microsoft windows since Windows 2000. I trouble shoot windows when it acts up, as I have been the main IT person for my family. I have also walked my IT group at Tufts through how to fix some issues.
I have been using STATA extensively for over two years now, and I teach STATA to others. I teach not only how to use the drop down menus, but I also teach how to create .do files.
