Peter scored a 34 on the ACT.
I have played guitar for 18 years and taught guitar for several years. I emphasize chord patterns, scales (including major, blues, and minor) and song composition. I help people pursue their interests in music as quickly as possible.
I have tutored college-aged adults in study skills for three years. I believe both an overview (the bird's eye view) and the moment-by-moment details (the worm's eye view) are important in organizing study. I emphasize memorization by repetition and mnemonics. These skills have helped me gain admissions to one of the most competitive dental school programs in the United States, and I am happy to share what I have learned with others.
I prepared to take the MCAT and ended up taking the DAT, which has many shared topics and sections. My DAT score was 23 overall (99th percentile). I have a practice-based teaching style.
