I have taken the Praxis tests as required by the DOE. As well as the elementary educational principles and foundations. I have been teaching for the past 13 years in the Department and applying pedagogy and theory throughout.
Being in the DOE for the past 13 years, we have always been standards based and up to date on the latest implementations of curriculum. I am actively teaching common core and preparing for the SBAC which tests students knowledge of the content. Also have been in trainings for the past two years leading up to this change.
