I have a confession to make...I'm a nerd. That's right, you heard me. NERD. So nerdy that I can't wait for the assigned summer reading, buy books on purpose, and read anything that I can get my hands on. This vast reading experience has led to many people referring to me as the "walking dictionary/thesaurus", and I am passionate about being able to help others learn to love words as much as I do!

As an exercise science professional, I have found that learning the anatomy of the human body to be crucial. Anatomy, especially clinical anatomy, is perhaps one of my favorite subjects. In fact, this area of study is one of the main components of my PhD research.
I hold two degrees in Kinesiology, and am currently working on a third. As an exercise science professional, I possess a wide range of subject knowledge. Exercise physiology is the focus of my PhD major area of study, and is one of my favorite topics to both learn about and teach!
