I started working with PC's in 1980 and, of course, the Mac in 1984. When Windows first appeared, I worked with the early versions all the way up to Win 10. I currently teach Computers in the Adult Ed Program at Misericordia University, Dallas, PA. Eight years ago, I created the beginners (I take them inside the computer, and then teach about the various OS's), an intermediate class with Excel and Mail Merger and an advanced class that includes the internet. PowerPoint and free diagnostics. Now a local Community College wants me to teach for them starting next Tue. BTW, I have class tonight at MU. Summary: I'm in my 50th year as a computer tech, programmer, operator, instructor.
From 1996 to 2007, I was the Controller/IT Supervisor/Pre-Press Supervisor for a $2M/Yr. printing company. I learned layout programs in order to trouble shoot any issues the pre-press people had.
