My master's degree in Teaching English to Speakers if Other Languages was a decision made after seeing how hard students work when they are learning a second language.
As a former classroom teacher, I have move into tutoring the subjects that are required for the ISEE. Specifically, we work on vocabulary strategies and math strategies specific to ISEE. We also cover test taking skills specific to the way this particular test is scored. As a veteran teacher in Texas, I have seen the change from TAAS to TAKS to STAAR and can help students with this assessment based on the changes in how the tests are written.
