I have experience in creating websites with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript also have learned quite a bit about using MVC asp.net to create functional websites. I have completed Internet Programming I & II both are CIS 400 level courses and am currently taking another 400 level course to further advance my knowledge of website programming. I have experience maintaining and building websites for my job at a local small business which is hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud server.


C++

I have completed CIS 151 and CIS 251 at Buffalo State College receiving an A in both semesters. These courses covered everything from simple C++ code to advance concepts such as class, stacks, structs, pointers, and queues. I also was a TA at buffalo State College for CIS 189 which got me experiencing answering basic questions about computer programming and what new students struggled with.


Computer Programming

I am a Computer Programming major now and have completed multiple 400 level CIS courses at Buffalo State College. Very familiar with C++, Java, PHP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Visual Basic programming languages. Have strong skills in both basic and advanced computer programming techniques used in the educational and professional world. Have been a Teaching Assistant at Buffalo State and have also completed multiple tutoring sessions on Wyzant.com form C++ and web design.


Regents

I have tutored Regents subjects, including U.S History and several Math topics covered on the test. My college experience has given me the skills and techniques to teach students to write a solid essay in the time available. I know the content of these courses and the expectations of these exams. I know how to prepare students for both the content and the required essays. Electrical Engineering

I have taken multiple electrical engineering courses at Buffalo State College including AC, DC Circuit Theory. While I was in the Navy I have gain extensive knowledge in troubleshooting power supplies, rectifiers, transformers, and various other electronics. Very proficient in reading schematics and strong in the theoretical side as well. Have worked with engineers and technicians at the professional level while I was in the Navy on the USS Maine.


Mathematica

Have taken calculus I, II, and III all which required Mathematica Labs to be submitted each week with theoretical mathematical proofs. Have over 2 years of experience working with Mathematica for college classes either in math, physics or engineering related courses.


JavaScript

I have taken CIS 375 and passed it with an A at Buffalo State College this covered html, css, and javascript along with the requisite skills to set up websites on the internet. In CIS 189 which I am a TA for I help students learn the basics of web design which has allowed me to build a strong foundation for my JavaScript skills. I am taking Internet programming II in the spring which will also will add to my knowledge level this spring. I am very proficient in C++, Visual basic and Asp.net which has helped me become a better JavaScript programmer.
