I use C to code in CUDA in order to run computer simulations of the heart in parallel on a GPU.
I currently programming in MATLAB everyday. I use it for data analysis, image processing, and mathematical modeling (such as Markov chain models).
I have previous experience programming in Python for laboratory automation as well as for bioinformatic purposes.
