I have experience as a special education instructional teacher. I've worked in two elementary schools helping kiddos with behavioral and educational disabilities. I have recent experience teaching students with dyslexia. I've worked inside of John Wetten Elementary School's resource room, where most of my students suffered from dyslexia and ADHD. I've found that using a visual approach will greatly improve the student's attitude towards reading, as well as their reading skills. I've been rather successful teaching dyslexic students and I'd love to continue to do so.
