Effective and Knowledgeable Anatomy and Physiology Tutor

I am currently a student at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine in San Antonio, TX. I am enrolled in the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Program and I will graduate in May 2021! After I graduate, I plan on entering a cardiothoracic surgery residency program to eventually become a cardiothoracic surgeon. Biology

I was a Teaching Assistant for Basic Biology and Genetics for a combined total of 2 semesters while I was working on my undergraduate degree. I would work closely with professors while I was a Teaching Assistant and I understand effective teaching methodologies. My undergraduate degree is also in Molecular Biology. I am very qualified to tutor students in the area of Biology and I provide varying tutoring methods based on Bloom's Taxonomy to monitor how students are progressing through the given material.


Biochemistry

I am very qualified to tutor Biochemistry to students. I received an A in both semesters of Biochemistry during my undergraduate degree and I have received an A in my graduate coursework. I have a lot of experience in taking the course and understand the subject very well. I am able to tutor students in Biochemistry effectively.


Anatomy

I was a Supplemental Instructor (tutor) and Teaching Assistant for Human Anatomy and Physiology for a combined total of 4.5 years while I was working on my undergraduate degree.
