I have worked with elementary aged children for sixteen years as a substitute teacher. A large portion of my jobs were working with title 1 children and children who needed extra help with reading and math. I also taught my child to read when he was four. He is now eight and a very good reader.
I have been a substitute teacher with Lake Station Community Schools since September, 2001. Most of that time has been with elementary schools. I enjoy working with students one on one. I most enjoy working with Title I. I love to read and enjoy learning.
