Upon completion of my Master of Science in Chemical Biology from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor this past winter, I have acquired a strong foundation in biochemistry. My program demanded many courses in the fields of chemical biology and biochemistry that allowed me to explore different avenues in route to mastering basic principles. My interest in metabolic systems, protein-protein interactions, and signaling pathways makes me eager to teach this subject.
I have attained proficiency in organic chemistry topics during my undergraduate and graduate studies. I have tutored this subject previously and witnessed immediate success. I also recently tested in the 95th percentile of the organic chemistry section on the Dental Admission Test.
I was a five-star football and wrestling recruit coming out of high school. I decided to attend Boise State University on a wrestling scholarship. I earned high honors including four-year starter, three-time NCAA qualifier, and a PAC 12 championship. Following my time at Boise State, I was recruited by the University of Michigan to compete internationally on the world and Olympic levels. I have been trained by some of the best wrestling coaches, strength coaches, and nutritionists which provided me with a rather "fitness" erudition.
