I currently work in an early elementary classroom in a school for autistic children. From my experiences thus far and including my current position I am confident in my ability to adjust myself depending on the student and the day. At this critical time in a learners life, the brain is a sponge craving knowledge so it is important be thorough, repetitive, and extremely engaging so that these young learners begin to love what they are doing. As an elementary teacher, I do stress individuality in learning techniques and style.
