I have taught general astronomy to students from ages 5 to 95. I cover constellations to microgravity, from reasons for the seasons to planetary movement. And with different software programs (Starry Nights, Stellarium), I can observe the night sky across the country to explain different phenomenom - in simple and easy-to-understand terms. I wrote lessons for K-8th grade students for different science publications. And at Bellevue College in Bellevue, Washington I presented astronomy lectures for public and K-12 school events. During the 2014 summer session at Riverside Community College, I completed a Basic Computer course covering Windows and Microsoft Office. I also have an Associates Degree in Geographic Information Systems which requires a Windows operating system.
