I am an Educator and Civil Rights Litigator, with over twenty-one years experience in each profession. As an Educator, I taught Paralegal Studies and Criminal Justice to college students. More than fifty percent of instructions involved writing. Today, I facilitate writing workshops for legal professionals and individuals who desire to enhance their writing skills. Additionally, I sub at high schools and elementary schools in communities in my area. And I help elementary school students improve their comprehensive skills, vocabulary skills, and fluency skills. As an Attorney, I write legal papers, consistently. Years of writing have developed my skills and helped me to draft winning court documents.


I am an attorney with 22 years litigation experience and over 21 years legal teaching experience. During my career, as a civil rights litigator, I have litigated in some of the highest courts in the United States, including the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and others. I have defended criminal cases as well as juvenile cases. I have instructed as an Adjunct Professor at numerous colleges, where I taught the legal curriculum to students studying Paralegal and Criminal Justice.

Criminal Justice

I am an attorney with over 21 years litigation experience and teaching experience. During my career, I have defended individuals in the criminal court. This aspect of my work required that I write court documents. Additionally, I taught criminal justice, which included technical writing (to students studying Corrections and Law Enforcement. Also, I teach writing to students matriculating in Paralegal Studies. A high percentage of my work as a litigating attorney requires that I write briefs and other court documents. Currently, I tutor students at a school in my community, to help them enhance their comprehensive, vocabulary, and fluency skills.
